Program Description
Rung provides AI-powered SMS communication on behalf of local home service businesses. When you text a business that uses Rung, you may receive automated replies including service information, quotes, appointment confirmations, and follow-up messages related to your inquiry.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction. You will receive messages in response to your inquiries and may receive follow-up messages related to appointments, quotes, or service updates. You will not receive more than 25 messages per conversation.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you initiate a new conversation.
